Make adding co-performers easy with eSign!

We have some exciting news to share! Say goodbye to the hassle of paperwork because our new eSignature service is here to make your life easier than ever before.
As content creators, your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. With eSignature, you and your co-performers can forget about endless document printing, scanning, and mailing. Enjoy the simplicity of e-signing while keeping your sensitive information completely secure.
Let us walk you through the new process for electronic signature verification:
- Please make sure you have enabled camera access in your browser settings.
- Go to your Co-performers and add the “New Performer.” When adding the new performer, be sure to select an electronic signature. Enter your co-performer’s correct details and then click the “Request Verification” button. Allow the system 5-10 seconds to process the request, which will generate the verification links and send the email to the new performer.
- A link to the agreement will be sent to your co-performers email address. This link will be valid for 7 days, so don’t worry if they can’t sign it immediately. If the link expires, you can generate a new one and additionally, you can share agreement links with co-performers who can’t access their email.
- After receiving a link, a co-performer must verify their identity by providing a personal document and a picture of themselves. Then, they must sign the digital agreement using the same signature as on their document. For instructions on how to verify your identity, please click here.
After your co-performer signs the agreement and verifies their identity, our moderation team will review it within 1-5 business days. You can check the verification status in the Co-Performers tab.
Simple, right? But there’s more! We have great news for those who want to verify themselves immediately with our Live Verification option:
If you and your co-performer are together and want to save time checking emails, we’ve got you covered. Just click the Live Verification button to complete the process right away—no additional account for your co-performer is needed.
That’s it! Once the co-performer has signed the agreement, you both will receive an email confirming it.
Please note that currently e-signature is only available for model releases covering multiple photoshoots and videos. But don’t worry — if you only want to sign for a single video release, we still offer a printable version. Step by step instructions can be found here.
